With July coming to a close, fall may already be on your mind
The unofficial start of the season is often marked by the return of seasonal coffee menus, including Starbucks’ fan-favorite Pumpkin Spice Latte. Although there is no official start date for pumpkin spice season, Starbucks and Dunkin’ both released their PSLs in late August last year.
Here’s what to know about fall menu items appearing at Starbucks in 2026.
When does Starbucks release their fall menu?
In 2025, Starbucks released its pumpkin spice latte on Aug. 26 and Dunkin’ on Aug. 20, meaning that the fall menu should hit your nearest cafe in the next couple of weeks.
What is on the Starbucks fall menu?
Last year, the so-called PSL made a return, along with the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte. Starbucks has not released an official fall menu just yet.
What time does Starbucks open?
Starbucks can open anywhere from 4 to 6 a.m. or even earlier at airport locations. Find your nearest Starbucks and hours here.
