A new assisted living facility is coming to El Paso’s West Side.

Nour Assisted Living and Memory Care is a local, family-owned operation looking to redefine senior care with luxurious accommodations and access to high-end services, including on-site hairdressers and dental care, as well as end-of-life and memory care.
Slated to open in January 2026, Nour sprang out of the recognition that there is a need for high-quality memory care and end-of-life services in El Paso.
“At Nour, we believe senior care should be exceptional, comforting, and deeply personal,” the company wrote on its website. “We are committed to providing not just a place to live but a place to thrive with dignity and peace.”
Where is it?
The new Nour Assisted Living and Memory Care facility will be located at 5965 Westside Dr., according to the city’s permit and licensing page.
The new facility will be setting up shop in a predominantly residential area near Ada Lane and Aqueduct Avenue.
What was there before?
The Nour Assisted Living and Memory Care facility will be a new construction site.
The development will include three luxury homes, each able to accommodate 16 residents who need assistance with memory care or daily living.
Who is the contractor?
The applicant for the project is El Paso architect Rodney Kroeger and the owner is Western Paisano, Inc.
The project is valued at $7 million.
