With the 2025-26 high school sports season ongoing, the El Paso Times will give readers a chance to vote to identify El Paso’s top athletes.
This week, readers voted for which El Paso Times’ El Paso Children’s Hospital high school male athlete had the best performance in swimming, track & Field, baseball and basketball.
Pebble Hills baseball player Alex Melendez had the most votes with 59,488, followed by Del Valle baseball player Anthony Chavez with 53,382.,
