Texas energy producers to converge on Wichita Falls

The annual expo of  the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers will return to Wichita Falls on April 14-15, according to a media release.

The alliance is a statewide oil and gas association serving nearly 3,000 members.

The event was last held here in 2018. It will include an expo, trade show, barbecue and golf tournament.

“The Alliance is going back to our roots in Wichita Falls, where one of our two founding associations formed in 1930,” Karr Ingham, president of the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, said in a press release. “We are thrilled to restart these events and look forward to seeing members and colleagues of the Alliance as well as members of the community.”

A program on April 15 will feature oil and natural gas experts, including Texas Railroad Commissioner Jim Wright, who will talk about energy issues at the state and federal levels.
