Stressed about your favorite team’s performance this season? One area restaurant has a solution: Buy a stress ball and get free chile con queso every visit for as long as the ball lasts.
Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurant, a Lubbock-based chain, recently announced the return of the Abuelo’s Queso Ball. This is a stress ball with a baseball or basketball design, and is branded with the restaurant’s logo. This ball, when presented during a meal at Abuelo’s locations, will allow customers to get a free Chile con Queso per purchase every visit, as long as the ball lasts.
“Abuelo’s Queso Balls are more than just a fun giveaway,” said Debbie Hill, director of marketing for Abuelo’s Mexican Restaurants. “They’re a piece of our history and a tradition that connects us to our guests in a memorable way. We’re excited to bring them back and share the fun again with our lifetime customers, as well as introduce them to a new generation.”
