The San Angelo Police Academy is celebrating its first police cadet graduation in a new location at Howard College at 3 p.m. Friday, police said.
The public is invited to the graduation at 3501 U.S. Highway 67, police said.
Cadets have spent over half a year training to become a police officer, and the San Angelo Police Department will honor graduates from the academy’s Basic Peace Officer Court Graduation Class 2025A on Friday.
Howard College, which has been serving the area for 40 years, welcomed the academy to its new location in January, college officials said on Facebook.
