Police ID man killed when motorcycle hit by SUV pulling out of north Lubbock parking lot

Police have identified a 37-year-old man who died after the motorcycle he was riding was struck by an SUV Thursday evening in north Lubbock.

Ricardo Cisneros died at University Medical Center shortly after the crash that was reported about 8:07 p.m. Thursday on Slide Road just south of 4th Street, according to a statement from Lubbock police.

Investigators believe Cisneros was driving a motorcycle south on Slide Road when it was struck by an SUV that was turning north out of a parking lot just south of 4th Street.

No arrests have been made. Other factors contributing to the crash were not immediately clear as the investigation is ongoing.
