The Korn Ferry Tour and Compliance Solutions announced a new competition celebrating the 100th anniversary of historic U.S. Route 66 on Wednesday morning, April 22.
The Route 66 Cup presented by Compliance Solutions will see players compete for a $100,000 bonus prize pool across Korn Ferry Tour events in 2026.
It will span four events in cities along historic U.S. Route 66, beginning in Amarillo at the OccuNet Classic, presented by Amarillo National Bank (June 11-14). The inaugural Korn Ferry Tour event in Amarillo is bringing nationally sanctioned professional golf back to Tascosa Golf Club this year for the first time in decades.
The Route 66 Cup competition continues through Springfield, Illinois for the Memorial Health Championship presented by LRS (June 25-28); then in Glenview, Illinois for the Evans Scholars Invitational (July 23-26); and concludes at the Compliance Solutions Championship (October 1-4) in Owasso, Oklahoma, where the leading points earner will be crowned the winner.
“Compliance Solutions, Inc. is honored to sponsor this competition for the 2026 Korn Ferry Tour Season,” said Mark Lammert, Founder and CEO of Compliance Solutions, Inc. in a news release. “This year, we celebrate the 250th anniversary of the birth of America and the 100th anniversary of our country’s most storied highway — U.S. Route 66. The Route 66 Cup presented by Compliance Solutions was created to bring additional excitement, creativity and fun to the Korn Ferry Tour this season for players and fans alike. We’re looking forward to creating new memories in the four Korn Ferry Tour host cities along Route 66 and celebrating what makes America so unique and special.”
Players will accumulate Korn Ferry Tour points at each of the four designated events, with those results counting towards the Route 66 Cup Standings.
Following the Compliance Solutions Championship, the top three players (and ties) in the Route 66 Cup Standings will earn payouts from the $100,000 bonus prize pool. The winner will receive $66,000, with additional payouts of $22,500 for second place and $11,500 for third place.
“We want to thank Mark Lammert and Compliance Solutions, Inc. for sponsoring this special competition,” said Alex Baldwin, Korn Ferry Tour President. “This is a first-of-its-kind initiative on our Tour that celebrates the intersection of history, sports and culture, and we’re thrilled to introduce this additional earning opportunity for our membership while honoring a special milestone in U.S. history.”
