TAMPA, Fla. — The Texas Tech basketball team will try to make a return trip to the Sweet 16 when it takes on Alabama in the second round of the 2026 men’s NCAA Tournament.
The fifth-seeded Red Raiders and fourth-seeded Crimson Tide each won their first-round games by 20 points in Benchmark International Arena to advance to the second round.
