The U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo Team will join the Amigo Airsho 2026 lineup this October.
MountainStar Sports Group Amigo Airsho stated in a release that this will bring a premier aerial display of speed and precision to the El Paso skies. The Amigo Airsho will be Oct. 24-25 at Biggs Army Airfield.

The U.S. Air Force chose to host the F-22 Raptor instead of the originally planned F-16 Viper.
The F-22 is the world’s first fifth-generation fighter, bringing advanced stealth and speed together with mind-blowing stunts, organizers said.
“Although we will miss the F-16 Viper this year, we are absolutely thrilled to welcome the F-22 Raptor Demo Team to the Airsho,” said James Lemaster, MSSG Amigo Airsho SR VP of AirOperations.
“Having this incredible aircraft in El Paso is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for our community to witness the true might of the U.S. Air Force in a breathless, front-row experience.”
The Raptor operates at Mach 2 and features supercruise capability, allowing it to fly at supersonic speeds without afterburners. The jet incorporates cutting-edge stealth and pilot situationalawareness, making it the world’s most dominant air superiority fighter, according to a release.
