El Paso may not have a beach, but it’s about to get a beachy vibe with the new coffee shop Beankini Espresso 915 coming this spring.
Beankini Espresso 915 will feature baristas in bikinis making refreshing iced coffee, refreshers, matcha, and energizer drinks on the East Side. Drink flavors revealed so far include cinnamon toast crunch, Mazapan, vanilla bean and banana bread iced lattes.
A representative for the coffee shop said the planned opening date is Saturday, April 18, at 1346 N. Zaragoza Road. Hours will be 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
