Toledo Mud Hens score 3 in 9th inning to top Columbus Clippers

July 6 game: Toledo 5, Columbus 4

Recap: Hao-Yu Lee hit a three-run home run in the ninth inning to lift the Mud Hens to their third consecutive win over the Clippers. Columbus scored one run in the bottom of the ninth on an RBI single by Yordys Valdes but couldn’t get the tying run. Christian Cairo, C.J. Kayfus and Jhonkensy Noel each had two hits for the Clippers. Columbus starter Austin Peterson pitched five shutout innings, striking our five and walking three.
