As part of its annual review of companies receiving tax incentives, Columbus City Council voted unanimously Nov. 3 to extend 114 agreements, but rescind three: Advanced Turf Solutions, Inc. & ATS Columbus Investments II LLC; Hirschvogel Inc. and RM Biltrite LLC & Watkins Road LLC and Qrri Inc. each of which had 10-year incentive packages that didn’t deliver on its promises.

It is designed to connect the core of Downtown and will be overseen by private, nonprofit development agency Downtown Columbus Inc. Ameneties include looped walkways, outdoor seating, greenery and performance space. It will span Belle and 4th streets from west to east and Gay and Rich streets from north to south.
