The Ohio Department of Agriculture has released the state’s 2025 fair schedule.
The Paulding County Fair will kick off the fair season June 7, and the season will wrap up on Oct. 11 with the Fairfield County Fair.
The Holmes County Fair is Aug. 4-9. The Wayne County Fair will be held Sept. 6-11.
The fairs include Ohio’s 88 counties as well as independent fairs and the Ohio State Fair.
Schedules for the county fairs in this region include:

The Hartford fair in Licking County is an independent fair, meaning it is not affiliated with a particular county and can be organized by a private group of community. It will be held Aug. 3-9.

In addition to setting and approving the dates for the independent and county fairs, ODA is responsible for helping to assure the safety of fair amusement rides, monitoring livestock shows to help assure honest competition, and coordinating animal health efforts with local veterinarians.
