Marcello Whitehead, 22, was arraigned Aug. 3 in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court on new charges of rape and gross sexual imposition involving two children.

The alleged crimes happened between January 2014 and December 2015, according to court documents, when Whitehead was 10 and 11 years old.

Whitehead, of Paddock Hills, also is facing charges that he sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl in 2020. Court documents say Whitehead, then 16, woke up the girl and forced her to perform a sex act.

Police investigated at the time, but no charges were filed because of lack of evidence.

Between October and December 2021, prosecutors say Whitehead sexually assaulted two children who were between the ages of 4 and 6. He was 17 at the time.

In 2022, when he was 18, Whitehead sexually abused a girl. He was charged with rape but pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition. He was sentenced to three years in prison after violating his probation.

In 2025, one of the children reported the alleged sexual assault from 2021. According to prosecutors, those new allegations served to corroborate what the 6-year-old girl said happened in 2020.

At an arraignment Aug. 3 before Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Katie Casch, Whitehead pleaded not guilty to the new charges.
