The funeral for 18-year-old Ryan Hinton will be held May 17 at Living God Church in Avondale, according to the lawyers representing his family.
The visitation will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at noon, a press release said. Living God Church is located at 434 Forest Avenue.
“The public is invited, but space is limited,” the release said. “Members of Ryan Hinton’s family will speak at his service.”

Hinton was fatally shot by a Cincinnati police officer on May 1. The police were responding to a report of a stolen car when Hinton and the other occupants fled on foot. Multiple investigations are underway.
