East Canton man dies in single-vehicle crash on Interstate 70

CAMBRIDGE − An East Canton man died following a single-vehicle fatal crash at approximately 3:14 a.m. Dec. 3 in Guernsey County.

The crash occurred on Interstate 70 westbound near mile post 174, according to an announcement from the Cambridge post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Hayden Miller, 29, was driving a Chevrolet Silverado when he traveled off the right side of the road and struck a bridge railing. The truck then overturned and struck an embankment. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.

New Concord Fire and EMS, Cassel Station Fire and EMS, Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office, and the Ohio Department of Transportation assisted with on scene. The crash remains under investigation.
