Despite the fitting matchup, the Omaha Storm Chasers will not play the Columbus Clippers at Huntington Park on Aug. 11. The game has been postponed due to rain, according to a release.
A makeup date is yet to be determined.
Per the release, fans holding tickets for tonight’s game may exchange them for any other regular-season Clippers game during the 2026 season.
The Crew are scheduled to play the Storm Chasers at 7:05 p.m. Aug. 12 as part of an originally scheduled six-game series.
