The Cleveland Browns’ offensive line will look a lot different this season after the group was a real issue during the 2025 regular season. Andrew Berry invested heavily in improving the unit, including using the team’s top draft pick this season to select former Utah offensive tackle Spencer Fano in the first round.
The team signed Elgton Jenkins in free agency, a veteran who is best at guard but can also play center, as he did with the Packers last season. The team selected Parker Brailsford out of Alabama in the fifth round and has been very impressed, and Terry Pluto of Cleveland.com thinks Brailsford could win the center job. That would be the best-case scenario, allowing Jenkins to slide to one of the guard spots.
“The Browns were extremely impressed in spring practices with rookie Parker Brailsford. The rookie has a legitimate chance to win the starting center spot. He was a fifth-round pick who started 42 games in college. His first season was with Washington. He then transferred to Alabama, following Washington coach Kalen DeBoer when he replaced Nick Saban.”
