Rock icon Billy Idol is set to return to Northeast Ohio later this year with a stop at Blossom Music Center as part of his latest world tour.
Idol will perform at the Cuyahoga Falls amphitheater on Sept. 13, during the next leg of his “It’s A Nice Day To…Tour Again!” tour. The run follows a series of sold-out shows across the United States, Europe and Latin America last year.
Tickets will first be available through a Citi cardmember presale starting at noon on April 8, followed by an artist presale later that day. Additional presales will continue throughout the week ahead of the general public on-sale, which begins April 10 at noon through Idol’s website, https://billyidol.net/tour/.
Idol’s upcoming Blossom performance comes amid a busy year for the English rocker, who is slated for a Las Vegas residency at the Fontainebleau from late August into early September. Idol has been drawing attention for his new documentary, “Billy Idol Should Be Dead,” now streaming on Hulu, which chronicles his decades-long career and personal struggles.
Idol, known for hits like “White Wedding” and “Rebel Yell,” is also among the nominees for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026, alongside other artists including Phil Collins, Lauryn Hill and Oasis. The inductees are set to be announced later in April.
Idol recently released “Dream Into It,” his first full-length album of new music in more than a decade, continuing a career that spans nearly 50 years.
