Bengals get good and bad news on final injury report vs. Browns

The Cincinnati Bengals got a little bad and good news on the final injury report before they close the season against the Cleveland Browns.

First, the good: Bengals running back Chase Brown is good to go after battling an illness this week. That means Joe Burrow’s offense will have its lead back in a game that could feature some offensive fireworks.

Now, the bad.

The Bengals won’t have edge rusher Joseph Ossai due to an ankle injury, which cuts his very strong season short before he’s slated to be a free agent this offseason.

Elsewhere on the defensive line, interior presence B.J. Hill is questionable to play due to an ankle injury of his own.

Along the front seven, the Bengals will lean on first-rounder Shemar Stewart and former first-rounder Myles Murphy to provide the bulk of the pass-rush with Ossai and Trey Hendrickson out.
