ZANESVILLE – Ten lucky residents and their plus-ones will be the first to try out Zanesville’s new Victor’s Taco Shop – and its new menu options – when it holds a soft opening Sept. 10 at 2580 Maple Ave.
It’s located in the building that once housed Fazoli’s and Popeyes.
The Mexican restaurant chain will have its formal grand opening one day later on Sept. 11, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page. It already has around 15 other locations, in area such as Dayton, Columbus, Xenia, Marion and Lima, the website noted.
Victor’s Taco will unveil new menu items, including a surf-and-turf option with carne asada and shrimp, a hot Cheetos burrito, and breakfast tacos, it stated in a promotional video.
The winners of the taste-testing will be decided Sept. 7. To be eligible you must share the post, found on the Victor’s Taco Shop Facebook page, to qualify.
The restaurant is still looking to fill positions, noted its Facebook page, like cashier and kitchen staff. Part-time and full-time scheduling are available.
Victor’s also offers catering options and online ordering. An online menu can be found on its website.
