The Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES Food Service and the Utica City School District are both providing free meals to children over the summer.
Utica summer meals
The food service department of the Utica schools will provide a free lunch to anyone age 18 or younger from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays from July 7 through Aug. 22.
Meals will include a deli sandwich of the day or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich; an assortment of fresh fruits, juice and fruit cups; a variety of fresh vegetables; and an assortment of milk.
Allergen-free meals can be arranged upon request.
