The first round of PGA TOUR Champions tournament play in the 2025 Dick’s Sporting Goods Open will begin at 8 a.m. July 11.
As fans head to En-Joie Golf Club in Endicott to watch the action, they will encounter a chance of rain throughout the weekend. The likelihood of rain increases on July 12-13.

July 11: DSGO first round weather
National Weather Service Meteorologist Adam Gill said July 11 is going to be “pretty warm and muggy.” Expect humid weather for the first day of the tournament. The afternoon shows a high near 89 degrees and mostly sunny skies.
There is a 30% chance of precipitation in the afternoon, with showers in the forecast after 3 p.m. Gill said isolated thunderstorms are expected in the afternoon as well, but they should “dissipate” by around 8 p.m.
The chance of precipitation decreases to 20% in the evening, with only a slight chance of showers between 8 p.m. and midnight. The evening shows a low around 68 degrees with partly cloudy skies.
July 12: DSGO Saturday tournament weather
The chance of precipitation jumps to 60% on July 12, with showers expected before 11 a.m., then a mix of showers and thunderstorms after 11 a.m.
Gill said residents can expect isolated showers in the late morning that will then shift to scattered showers throughout the afternoon. Skies will be partly sunny, with a high near 90 degrees.
The evening shows a 60% chance of precipitation, with showers and thunderstorms before 11 p.m. and then a slight chance of showers between 11 p.m. and 2 a.m. Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast, with a low around 69 degrees.
July 13: DSGO final round weather
The 60% chance of precipitation remains on July 13, with showers and a possible thunderstorm expected after 2 p.m. Otherwise, there will be partly sunny skies and a high near 89 degrees.
The chance of precipitation slightly climbs to 70% in the evening, with showers and a thunderstorm in the forecast, mostly cloudy skies and a low around 68 degrees.
