Maxwell Romero Jr. hit two home runs and drove in four runs as the Rochester Red Wings erased a three-run deficit for a 10-5 victory over the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders on Thursday at PNC Field.

Luis Perales earned the win despite allowing five runs in five innings. Riley Cornelio followed with two scoreless innings, and Eddy Yean and Jack Sinclair each worked a scoreless frame as Rochester closed out the win.
