Brunch, that popular mash-up between breakfast and lunch, should be fun. As in mimosas, dripping-with-syrup pancakes and interesting takes on toasts. For her, that means offering brunch Wednesday to Sunday as there’s no longer traditional nine to five jobs in nine to five offices. It’s now “an experience,” she said, as opposed to something that’s rigid to a specific clock or time.
