New York Giants head coach John Harbaugh may be bringing a familiar face from Baltimore.
Social media posts are circulating that the Giants have hired Megan Rosburg, Harbaugh’s long-time assistant with the Ravens, though the move remains unconfirmed by official team sources.
Rosburg served as assistant to the head coach and defensive assistant in Baltimore, working closely with Harbaugh on football operations, scheduling, staff management, and defensive schemes — particularly with the defensive line and outside linebackers.
She joined the Ravens in 2022 after a brief corporate career, following a standout volleyball background at American University.
The daughter of former Ravens special teams coordinator Jerry Rosburg — who shares a long history with Harbaugh dating back to Cincinnati — the younger Rosburg earned praise for her football acumen, work ethic, and player relationships. Players and coaches have highlighted her motivational impact and detailed film analysis.
With Harbaugh recently finalizing a five-year deal to lead the Giants after leaving Baltimore, adding Rosburg would provide continuity and familiarity as he builds his staff in East Rutherford.
While not yet official, the connection makes her a highly plausible early addition.
