Buffalo Bills linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr may be a rookie, but is he already a picture-perfect fit for the team’s defense next season?
Fox Sports named Elarms-Orr as a clean schematic fit for the Bills’ defense in his assessment of the top rookies to watch in the AFC for next season.
”Elarms-Orr has played in 47 games over the past four years and possesses elite speed,” Rang said. “At minimum, he should prove a quality backup and special teams ace as a rookie, and I think his closing speed in coverage and as a blitzer could generate enough flashy plays that he winds up stealing a starting role sooner than later.”
Elarms-Orr was Buffalo’s fourth-round pick at the 2026 NFL Draft. He enters the NFL listed as the Bills’ backup linebacker behind Dorian Williams. The TCU product will get the chance to show off his physical talents and versatility in the second line of the defense throughout the rest of Bills training camp, as well as in preseason prior to the start of the upcoming 2026 slate.
After a strong showing in spring practice and an injury to Williams, the rookie enters Bills camp potentially with a chance to start in Year 1. Elarms-Orr vs. Williams will be a position battle to watch moving forward throughout the summer.
