The 110 Grill at 780 Jefferson Road has closed permanently.

A sign on the door of the restaurant, which opened in August 2019, states that April 6 was the last day.

It also says customers may redeem gift cards at other 110 Grill locations.

However, the only ones remaining in New York state are in Albany and Poughkeepsie.

The Massachusetts-based chain specializing in gluten-free dishes closed its restaurant at Destiny USA in Syracuse last December. In March, it shuttered locations in Latham, an Albany suburb, and Middletown, about 60 miles northwest of New York City.

The 110 Grill website currently lists a total of 35 locations. Beyond New York, they are spread across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

The building that housed the Henrietta 110 Grill was constructed in 1997 to house Tex-Mex chain restaurant Don Pablo’s, which operated there until 2008. Casual dining/sports bar Buffalo Wild Wings later took over the space, lasting until 2017.
