Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane went into overdrive on the trade market during the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft.
It was three strikes and you’re out of the first round for the Bills.
As Round 1 unfolded, Buffalo ended up on the clock plenty. The Bills held three selections but traded back a trio of times and eventually out of Round 1 entirely
The Bills first moved back from No. 26 to No. 28 in the first round in a trade with the Houston Texans. Then a surprising second deal came down because of the trade partner, as Buffalo sent the No. 28 selection to the New England Patriots for the 31st position.
Finally, it’s all the way out of the first round for the Bills in a deal with the Tennessee Titans.
More action is just around the corner, though. Day 2 is when the Bills will finally make a selection (at some point) and many more will follow after all those trades.
With the dust settled, here’s the full list of remaining draft picks for the Bills at the 2026 draft:
Round 2, pick No. 35
Round 3, pick No. 55
Round 4, pick No. 101
