The New York Giants have been hard at work since the moment the 2025 season ended. They’ve hired John Harbaugh as their head coach, put in place a new coaching staff, and have reshuffled their long-standing power structure.
The offseason workout program began on April 7, and a voluntary three-day minicamp, which is exclusive for teams with a new head coach, began on Tuesday and will conclude ahead of Day 1 of the 2026 NFL draft on Thursday.
After the Giants wrap their minicamp, it will be right back to work for general manager Joe Schoen and Harbaugh, who have two picks inside the top-10 after trading star nose tackle Dexter Lawrence to the Cincinnati Bengals.
Here is everything you need to know before the first pick is made at the 2026 NFL draft in Pittsburgh.
