Ryver Peppers injury update

Peppers appeared to get hurt when catching a pass out of the backfield, going down almost immediately with a non-contact injury. He did not return to the Cyclones’ loss to Colorado. After the game, coach Matt Campbell announced Peppers would be out for the remainder of the season.

It wasn’t immediately clear which part of the body Peppers injured.

Entering the game, Peppers’ role was elevated after starting RB Carson Hansen was ruled out after getting hurt at Cincinnati in Week 6.
