Iowa women's basketball home, away Big Ten opponents set

More details on Iowa women’s basketball’s 2026-27 schedule emerged on Monday.

The Hawkeyes’ Big Ten single and double play opponents were announced. In its 18-game conference slate, Iowa will play 16 opponents once and Nebraska twice.

The Hawkeyes will play home games against Indiana, Maryland, Northwestern, Purdue, Rutgers, Wisconsin, UCLA, and USC. Iowa will play on the road against Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Ohio State, Oregon, Penn State, and Washington.

Dates, times and television information will be announced in early fall.

Recently, a Iowa announced a home-and-home series against UConn. The Hawkeyes will travel to Connecticut next season to meet UConn on Sunday Nov. 8 at either Gampel Pavillion or Peoples Bank Arena.

Iowa also revealed that it will meet Vanderbilt on Nov. 15 in Sioux City, Iowa, inside the Tyson Events Center and Fleet Farm Arena.
