Clear Creek Amana girls basketball standout Averie Lower announced her commitment to Arizona State on Sept. 1.
Lower is a sharpshooter who has converted 241 3-pointers on 44.3% shooting throughout her high school career.
Lower captured the Class 4A state championship as a sophomore with a Clippers team that finished the 2023-24 season with a perfect 26-0 record.
She will enter her senior season this winter. She set career highs as a junior, averaging 22.5 points per game and knocking down 92 3-pointers.
