Who will win the Indianapolis 500? Indy 500 favorites, betting odds

Pato O’Ward (starting sixth), David Malukas (third), Alexander Rossi (second) and Conor Daly are among the next group. Daly, Indianapolis-area native race veteran, gets a lot of wishful action from the locals and is starting eighth.

If you’re looking to cash in on race history being made, four-time winner Helio Castroneves is at +3000. He is trying to become the first five-time race winner from the 14th starting position.

And if you’re looking to really cash in on another type of race history, Katherine Legge — who is attempting the Indy/NASCAR “Double” — has the longest odds to win from the 26th starting position.
