Notre Dame cornerback Leonard Moore snags award after two-pick game against Boise State

Notre Dame Fighting Irish cornerback Leonard Moore has been named the Walter Camp FBS Defensive Player of the Week.

This follows a performance against Boise State in which Moore had two interceptions and six solo tackles. One of those interceptions helped the Irish snuff out any Boise State attempt at a comeback while the game was still in doubt. Notre Dame eventually won 28-7.
