NCAA women's basketball transfer tracker: Players from Indiana in portal

The NCAA transfer portal for women’s basketball opened on April 6 with a number of Indiana natives among the initial wave of entrants at the Division I level.

Here is a list of those players (will be updated with where they are headed):

COMMITTED

Addison Baxter, Butler (Columbia City) –> Miami (Ohio)

The 5-9 guard started in six of the 23 games she appeared in as a true freshman, averaging 5.9 points, 2.4 steals and 2.7 steals. A 2025 Indiana All-Star, Baxter shot 43.6% from the field and 77.4% at the line. 

Ashlynn Brooke, Ball State (Pioneer) –> Northern Illinois

Limited by injuries her first two seasons, the 5-6 guard appeared in 24 games as a junior, logging 65 points (2.7 per game), 12 assists, nine steals and nine rebounds. Brooke appeared in 10 games (50 minutes) as a true freshman, posting 14 points, seven assists and a steal.

Nevaeh Dickman, Loyola Chicago (Fishers) –> Eastern Illinois

Dickman is entering the portal following a coaching change at Loyola Chicago, but is open to returning to the Ramblers. The 6-0 true freshman logged 145 minutes across 28 games, totaling 30 points, 15 rebounds, seven assists and a couple steals.

Rashunda Jones, Michigan State (South Bend Washington) –> Arizona State

Jones entered the portal with a “do not contact” tag, according to On3’s Talia Goodman. The former Purdue point guard averaged 11.7 points, 3.2 assists and 2.2 steals this season.

Jaylah Lampley, Mississippi State (Lawrence Central) –> Rutgers

The 6-1 guard, a 2025 Indiana Miss Basketball finalist, started in six of the 30 games she appeared in and averaged 8.3 points and 4.7 rebounds. Lampley shot 50% from the field and 37% from 3, and rounded out her line with 24 assists, 18 steals and five blocks.

Ayanna Patterson, UConn (Homestead) –> Kentucky

The 2022 Indiana Miss Basketball recipient appeared in 30 games as a freshman, then missed two seasons due to injury. She returned for the 2025-26 campaign, appearing in 30 games (one start) and totaling 52 points and 42 rebounds.

Camryn Runner, Evansville (Hamilton Heights) –> Colorado State

Runner hits the portal after establishing herself as a two-year starter at Evansville, where she totaled 1,134 points (39.3% FG), 350 rebounds, 274 assists, 95 steals and 43 blocks in 67 games. She was tabbed Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Year in 2024-25 and maintained that momentum in year two, averaging 25.5 points and 2.8 assists.

Chloe Spreen, Indiana (Bedford North Lawrence) –> Illinois State

Spreen appeared in 11 games this season, totaling eight points, three assists and seven rebounds. The 5-10 guard, who was voted 2024 IndyStar Miss Basketball, began her career at Alabama, where she averaged 6.5 minutes over 20 games.

Reagan Wilson, Iowa State (Noblesville)

The 5-8 sophomore guard totaled 125 points and 52 assists in 59 career games (two starts). She appeared in 28 games this season, averaging 2.5 points on 46.2% shooting with a 40.5% mark from 3. 

Juliann Woodard, Michigan State (Jennings County) –> High Point

After logging 13 games in an injury-shortened freshman campaign, the 6-foot forward played in 26 games this season, averaging 3.7 points in 8.9 minutes. She scored 14 points in 20 minutes against then-No. 11 Iowa in January.

IN THE PORTAL

Cristen Carter, Georgetown (Ben Davis)

Carter, a forward who began her career at Butler, started in five of the 30 games she played in. She totaled 139 points (48.6% FG), 123 rebounds, 25 assists, 10 steals and 12 blocks. The Ben Davis grad appeared in 32 games at Butler, averaging 5.3 points and .42 rebounds.

Jordyn Coleman, Abilene Christian (Zionsville)

Coleman appeared in 23 games (4.5 minutes per game). She totaled 32 points, 28 rebounds, four assists, eight blocks and a couple steals. The 6-2 center began her career at Triton College (JUCO).

Johnea Donahue, Bowling Green (Fort Wayne Snider)

The MAC Defensive Player of the Year, Donahue averaged 11.1 points, 5.8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4.2 steals this season as a sophomore.

Asia Donald, West Georgia (Hobart)

The 5-9 guard participated in 31 games with the Wolves, averaging 14.8 points (third-most on the team), 5 rebounds and 1.4 assists. She shot 44% from the field and logged 31 minutes per game. Donald began her career at Indiana State in 2023-24, where she averaged 5.6 points on 38% shooting in 30 games as a true freshman.

Nevaeh Foster, IU Indy (Mishawaka Marian)

Foster, who began her career at Western Kentucky, averaged 11.1 points on 41.3% shooting in two seasons with the Jaguars. She appeared and started in 31 games this season as a sophomore, clocking 12.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game.

Kiarra Handley, Gardner-Webb (Richmond)

The freshman guard played 13 minutes across three games this season, scoring five points and a couple rebounds.

Talia Harris, Mercer (Fishers)

The 5-7 guard averaged 3.6 points in 26 games (two starts) as a sophomore this season. She was an established starter in her first season — started in 23 of 30 games — averaging 7.8 points and 1.7 assists. Harris has two years of eligibility remaining.

Kya Hurt, Illinois State (Lawrence North)

A 5-8 freshman guard, Hurt started in 18 of the 30 games she appeared in (21 minutes per game). She averaged 7.3 points and 2.3 assists per game for the WNIT runner-up Redbirds, and boasted a 42.3% FG.

Kira Reynolds, UT-Arlington (South Bend Washington)

A 6-4 freshman who was ranked nationally coming out of high school, Reynolds started in 27 of 33 games and averaged 13 points on 45.2% shooting. She also logged 7.8 rebounds per game, 78 blocks, 28 steals and 44 assists. Kira’s sisters Mila and Amiyah are also part of the UTA program. Their dad, Steven, is an assistant coach.

Mila Reynolds, UT-Arlington (South Bend Washington)

The eldest Reynolds sister, Mila appeared in 32 games (18 starts), and averaged 6.7 points, 1.9 rebounds and 1.1 assists. She began her career at Maryland (2022-23), then played two seasons at Purdue (2023-25). Mila’s dad, Steven, is an assistant coach with UT-Arlington.

Gabby Spink, Murray State (Gibson Southern)

The 5-9 guard appeared in six games this season, logging about 17 minutes and totaling eight points and two rebounds. Spink went 5-for-6 at the stripe. 

Jamaya Thomas, Northern Kentucky (Lawrence North)

The 6-1 forward appeared in 30 games and made three starts this season, averaging 2.6 points and totaling 55 rebounds, 10 assists, nine blocks and nine steals. She has three years of eligibility remaining.

Meredith Tippner, Miami (Noblesville)

The 5-10 guard appeared in 32 games, totaling 53 points, 41 rebounds, 18 assists and 20 steals. She shot 33% from the field and 61% at the line. Tippner was an IndyStar Miss Basketball finalist, Indiana Miss Soccer and selected IndyStar All-USA Central Indiana Girls Soccer Player of the Year her senior year (2025) at Noblesville.

Tanyuel Welch, Arizona (North Central)

A redshirt junior, Welch started in 18 of 25 games played, averaging 8.7 points on 46.3% shooting, 6.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists. The 5-10 guard spent her first three seasons at Memphis (medical redshirt as a sophomore), where she averaged 7 points and 2.1 assists in 65 games (25 starts).

Brooke Winchester, Ball State (Warsaw)

The 6- foot Winchester appeared in 10 games for the Cardinals, totaling 23 points, 14 rebounds, three assists and three steals. She shot 61.5% from the field and converted 7 of 9 free throws.

Faith Wiseman, IU (Indian Creek)

After appearing in 11 games off the bench as a freshman, Wiseman logged 15 appearances in 2025-26, logging six points, six rebounds, three blocks, 16 rebounds and a steal in 97 minutes played.
