McDonald’s is spicing up its breakfast menu.
The fast food chain has introduced several items as part of the 50th anniversary celebrations for the McMuffin.
What are McDonald’s new breakfast sandwiches?
The chain on July 8 launched three new spicy breakfast menu items, versions of its signature McMuffin sandwiches:
The items will feature their traditional ingredients – cheese, egg, Canadian bacon or sausage and a buttered English muffin, topped with Spicy Pepper Sauce, the company said.
The spicy McMuffin sandwiches are available for a limited time.
The breakfast additions are among a series of menu changes at McDonald’s.
McDonald’s adds Daily Double burger
The Daily Double, a double burger which has been available for decades in some markets, has been expanded to the U.S. menu.
Made with two beef patties, a slice of American cheese, shredded lettuce, slivered onions, mayo and two tomato slices, the burger will be available nationally through 2025, McDonald’s said.
Also, on July 22, the Daily Double will join McDonald’s McValue Meal Deal options, served with a four-piece order of Chicken McNuggets, small fries and small soft drink ($6 or $7; pricing depends on the location).
That menu still includes the $5 Meal Deal.
McDonald’s Snack Wrap price
McDonald’s is bringing the Snack Wrap back to menus on July 10.
The Snack Wrap will come in two flavors:
The Snack Wrap features a McCrispy Strip – introduced this spring – topped with crisp shredded lettuce and shredded cheese, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
The new Snack Wrap will cost $2.99, the company announced.
