How many tornadoes has NWS confirmed for June 11 so far?
There were 21 tornadoes across the state that day, NWS Indianapolis confirmed on June 15. That’s the eighth-largest outbreak on record in Indiana, tied with April 3, 1974.
Other areas are still being investigated for additional tornado damage, NWS Indianapolis said.
