Hayden is carrying the momentum from his third-place finish at state last season into this one. Hayden finished second in the large-schools final at Hoosier State Relays on March 28 with a 6-8 leap. The Fishers senior claimed first place at the Fall Creek Pavilion HSR Qualifier on March 5 and at HCC Indoor on March 11.

Isaac Stead, Plainfield

The Plainfield senior has the second-highest jump of the season at 6-9, which he posted in a win at Brownsburg Bulldog Last Chance on March 21. Stead also placed first at Mid-State Indoor and at the Whiteland HSR Qualifier. Stead finished fourth at the large-schools final.

Jeremiah Jones Murphy, Ben Davis

The Ben Davis junior placed third at HSR in the large-schools final with a 6-6 leap. He captured first place at Indiana State HSR Last Chance on March 21 with a 6-5 jump.

Sam Omodusonu, Brownsburg

Omodusonu started the 2026 campaign with a fourth-place finish at Brownsburg Individuals. He followed with a sixth-place finish at Brownsburg Indoor before placing third at Brownsburg Last Chance. The Brownsburg sophomore recorded a season’s best 6-4 jump and captured sixth place at HSR.

Alexander Do, Lawrence Central

The Lawrence Central senior has redemption on his mind after failing to clear the bar at state last season. After starting the season with a sixth-place finish at the Warren Central Qualifier, Do responded and captured first place at the second Warren Central qualifier and at the Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference Indoor Championships. Do should be encouraged as the season heads into outdoor given his performance during qualifying and at the conference championship.

David Fleming, Zionsville

The Zionsville senior placed first against Brownsburg on March 5 with a season’s best leap of 6-4. Fleming finished second at Brownsburg HCC Indoor and at the Red Devil Last Chance HSR Qualifier.
