MUNCIE, IN — Feed My Sheep Muncie will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a free Thanksgiving Day dinner for families in need on Thursday, Nov. 27, at Muncie Central High School.
The non-profit will conduct its annual monthlong food drive Oct. 22 through Nov. 22. The Muncie Sanitation Department will distribute totes for food collection so companies, schools, churches and non-profit organizations can help.
Volunteers can sign up to deliver meals and help prepare food at the Feed My Sheep website, fmsmuncie.org.
Thanksgiving meals can also be requested at the website, or those wanting meals can email their name, address, phone and number of requested meals to feedmysheepmuncie@gmail.com.
Donations can be sent to Feed My Sheep, P.O. Box 145, Yorktown, IN 47396. The organization’s phone number is 765-212-7537.
