Nearly 20 public schools in Polk County will have new principals for the next academic year.
Polk County Public Schools released a list of changes in principals, ranging from elementary schools to high schools and an opportunity center. The moves result from retirements, shifts within the school district, promotions and departures.
At least one of the changes, the appointment of Gian Monacelli as principal of Harrison School for the Arts in Lakeland, has already been announced.

Elementary and K-8 schools

High schools and others
