Love was pronounced dead at the scene. Police believe alcohol was a factor in the fatal collision, a spokesperson said in the release.

The driver of the tractor-trailer, Robert Lee Lewis Jr. of Mims, will not face any charges related to the incident, police said.

No further details were available as of May 16.
