Recently offered OL in Georgia sets official visit with FSU

Florida State is lining up a plethora of official visits for the month of June. Per Chris Nee of Noles247, 2027 offensive lineman Jonathan Toney out of Dublin, Georgia, has locked in an official with FSU on June 19.

Toney first came to see Florida State last November when they hosted the Wake Forest Demon Deacons. He was also on campus in March for an unofficial visit, and he also took a trip on May 31 when he received his offer from FSU during their Seminole Showcase.

The 6-foot-6, 288-pounder will take two other official visits before he comes to Tallahassee. He’ll visit the Appalachian State Mountaineers on June 5 and the Memphis Tigers on June 12.

When Toney arrives on campus for his official visit, he’ll be joined by another target for Florida State out of the Peach State as three-star linebacker CJ Ohuabunwa will be in attendance as well. At the moment, Toney isn’t a ranked prospect.
