Diamond Springs, Duval County’s first lagoon-style residential community, is officially open.
Metro Development Group marked the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony last week, drawing local officials, builders, and homebuyers eager to tour the new model homes by Dream Finders Homes.
“Diamond Springs is Metro’s first signature lagoon community in Jacksonville,” said Lisa Gibbings, vice president of marketing and communications for Metro. “We’re excited to bring inland coastal living to Northeast Florida.”
Located in Northwest Jacksonville, the master-planned community features a crystal-clear manmade lagoon and will include multiple neighborhoods, green spaces, and resort-style amenities.
