Want some free Aldi merch, gift cards, and a tote bag? Get in line on Thursday morning, April 23, at two new Florida locations for their grand openings.
The no-frills grocery chain exploding across Florida is opening stores in Bradenton, Sebastian and Venice. Doors open at 9 a.m. and the first 200 people in line will receive a gift bag full of Aldi-exclusive products and a gift card.
“Customers will see why so many already choose ALDI for their weekly grocery shopping,” said Matt Thon, ALDI regional vice president, in an email. “As shoppers look to stretch their dollar further, we’re excited to open this new location and bring more people a high-quality grocery selection they want and need at the lowest possible price. ”
The new stores are the second in Bradenton and the third in Venice, the company said. This will be Sebastian’s first Aldi.
Aldi has already opened 17 new Florida stores this year, adding to the more than 60 new and converted stores the company launched in Florida in 2025. The new stores are part of the chain’s rapid expansion plan to open more than 180 new stores nationwide in 2026.
Aldi grand openings offer free merch, gift cards
At every Aldi grand opening, the first 200 people in line will receive a gift bag of Aldi-exclusive products and a gift card for $10, $25 or $100 as part of the discount grocer’s Golden Ticket program.
All shoppers can get a free Aldi shopping tote while supplies last.
