The FSU Seminoles are set to play the NC State Wolfpack on Friday night at Carter-Finley Stadium in Raleigh, North Carolina. The game is set to start at 8 p.m. ET and will be on ESPN.
It is FSU’s second road Friday night game of the season, they previously lost to the Virginia Cavaliers. They have struggled on the road all season, going 0-3, and have not won a road game since 2023. While their struggles are real, they are favored in the game and can clinch a bowl appearance with the win.
They are also coming into the game with some momentum, having beaten the Virginia Tech Hokies 34-14 last week. Duce Robinson had another excellent game for them and needs 53 more receiving yards to have 1,000 yards on the season. Tommy Castellanos struggled throwing, but was effective running the ball and had two touchdowns.

NC State (5-5) is also one win away from bowl eligibility, and they have been excellent at home. The Wolfpack has gone 4-1 in Carter-Finley Stadium, picking up wins over Georgia Tech and Virginia. They have a dangerous quarterback in CJ Bailey, who leads a talented offense that is capable of pulling off the upset and can’t be taken lightly.
