The FSU Seminoles will play a new opponent in the 2027 season. According to a report from FBSchedules.com, they will host the ETSU Buccaneers on Saturday, Nov. 27, in Doak Campbell Stadium.
It is the third game of FSU’s 2027 schedule to be revealed. The Seminoles will open the season at home against the Georgia Bulldogs on Sept. 4. They will close the season at the Florida Gators on Nov. 27.
Florida State will pay ETSU $525,000 for the game, according to a contract that FBSchedules obtained. The Buccaneers are an FCS team that competes in the Southern Conference. They are led by head coach Will Healy, who is entering his first season with the program after they went 7-5 in the 2024 season.
While a week has not been announced, the Seminoles will also host Duke, Georgia Tech, Miami, and Pittsburgh during the 2027 season. Their road ACC games will be at California, Clemson, North Carolina, and Syracuse.
