Dolphins vs. Colts betting preview: Spread, over/under, pick to win

The Miami Dolphins are slight road underdogs heading into their Week 1 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. Last season, the teams met at Lucas Oil Stadium in Week 7, with the Colts coming away with a 16-10 win. However, several players were missing from last year’s game on both sides, but especially for the Dolphins.

Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was out, as were edge rushers Bradley Chubb and Jaelan Phillips. Running back Jonathan Taylor did not play for the Colts. Anthony Richardson was the quarterback for the Colts, but it’ll be former New York Giants passer Daniel Jones under center for Indianapolis in Week 1.

Both teams added immediate impact players in the 2025 NFL draft with Miami’s No. 13 overall pick, defensive tackle Kenneth Grant. A pick later at No. 14 was tight end Tyler Warren for the Colts.
