Early on his tenure as Miami Dolphins general manager, Jon-Eric Sullivan has made it clear that he’ll continue to churn the bottom of their roster to try and find talented players who could help the team.
That trend continued on Monday, as the Dolphins signed defensive lineman Cam Rice and released defensive back Tanner Wall.
Rice split his collegiate career between West Liberty (2022-23), Ohio (2024) and Maryland (2025). He appeared in 44 career games, recording 152 tackles, 19 sacks, 50.0 tackles, 13 passes defensed, six forced fumbles, two interceptions and one fumble recovery.
Wall played collegiately at BYU from2021-25, where he recorded 147 tackles, nine passes defensed, seven interceptions and one forced fumble in 45 games.after going undrafted and spending a brief stint with the Las Vegas Raiders, he signed with Miami earlier this month.
